With our State-of-the-Art Materials Testing lab, we are able to test our products and materials with extreme precision and simulate the real-world downhole environment. Our materials testing process includes pressure, thermal, strength, compression, and mechanical properties. We take pride in our highly accurate testing procedures to ensure that we are providing the highest quality products and materials for the harsh downhole environment. Our main focus is to forge ahead using the latest technologies to provide more innovative products for the Oil and Gas/Energy Industry!

Our High Pressure / High Temperature (HPHT) testing process is done at 450° Fahrenheit and 15,000 PSI. This is an essential part of our ZCORE® and PHENOLIX® line of materials and products.
